Over 1400 Clients participated in the survey.

239 QMP Accredited sites were asked to aprticipate in the process.

225 (94%) qualified for their results to be ranked.

12 (5%) could not supply sufficient clients to ensure a minimum of six interviews.

2 failed to respond to the request to participate.

7000 calls were made in completing the interviews.

The results are presented in the attached document together with a comparison over the last 5 years.
