Two QMP Accredited Sites have been removed from the Scheme.
- Corporate Mailing Matters Ltd, 32 Mastmaker Court, London
- Dendrite Europe Ltd, 42-48 Somers Road, Rugby
The specific sites of both companies were removed for failing to participate in the Client Reference survey conducted in 2006.
Opinion research is an integral part of the scheme, obtaining feedback from Clients of QMP Accredited Mailing Houses on some 14 service dimensions. Participation is a Scheme requirement for continuing accreditation.
Both sites failed to provide the necessary Client information in a timely fashion and were suspended from the QMP Scheme in November and finally removed on 8th December 2006. QMP Chief Executive commented: 'Over the last year QMP has substantially increased the rigour of the quality audit of sites of Scheme Members and will continue to raise the bar on quality.'
He continued: 'Additionally, Clients find QMP opinion research valuable in their understanding of the performance of Mailing Houses. For that reason all Scheme Members must submit to the requirements of this part of the scheme. Both of these sites failed to do so and have therefore had their QMP Accreditation withdrawn.'
